Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was the founder of the Turkish people and the first President, he stood as a towering figure of the 20Th Century. He was one of the great leaders of history, few have achieved so inspiration to the world at large. In the short period, he changed the life of a nations decisively, and given such profound. Ataturk means father of the Turks so he was the founder in a way and he was like the Gandhi of Turkey. He used civil disobedience and passive resistant to change the country to make it more like European countries. He made the Turkey republic in 1923 which he was the ruler of. He even had a language reform which was one of the hardest reforms people believe because they had to learn a whole new language. He changed Arabic writing and language in Latin which was the language of Europe. He asked experts about long would it take to reform the language they said five years and he said yes but in five months.
